TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       Introduction: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Slaps website and the purchase of products from Slaps, a trading name of ILE-IFE (HOUSE OF LOVE) LIMITED.

2.       Company Information: ILE-IFE (HOUSE OF LOVE) LIMITED is registered in England and Wales.

3.       Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.

4.       Products: Product descriptions, images, ingredients and pricing are provided as accurately as possible but may vary.

5.       Pricing & Payment: All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment must be received before dispatch.

6.       Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance of your order, until you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order (e.g., if stock is unavailable or there is a pricing error).

7.       Shipping & Delivery: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.

8.       Intellectual Property: All branding, logos, images and website content remain the property of ILE-IFE (HOUSE OF LOVE) LIMITED.

9.       Limitation of Liability: Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products. We supply Products for domestic and private use only. If you use our products for any commercial or re-sale purpose, ILE-IFE (HOUSE OF LOVE) LIMITED will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
